Director of Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning

Currently serving as the Director of Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning at AdventHealth, a leading nonprofit health system with over 50+ hospitals across the United States and a workforce of more than 97,000+ team members. In this role, Keisha oversees strategic recruitment, talent attraction, marketing initiatives, employer branding, and workforce forecasting.

Prior to AdventHealth, Keisha was a Senior Consultant at Lean Human Capital, where she specialized in talent acquisition efficiency, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, recruitment marketing strategy, and brand identity. She has advised healthcare organizations nationwide, bringing a wealth of expertise in creating impactful talent acquisition frameworks.

Led Talent Acquisition at Kettering Health Network, where she implemented an advanced ERP, ATS, and a CRM system and redesigned the career site architecture to strengthen the employer brand and automate talent pipelines. Earlier in her career, at Florida Hospital, she played a key role in reducing service delivery models, cutting the time-to-fill from 97 days to under 20, and increasing the requisition fill rate by 35%, all through innovative recruitment management strategies.
