Her career also includes leadership roles at Hyatt Hotels and SeaWorld. Now an Associate Consultant with Riviera Advisors, Laura brings deep expertise in high-volume hiring and global talent strategies to organizations worldwide.

Sam Jana

Head of Recruitment Marketing and Operations for Global Talent Acquisition at Vanguard

Sam Jana is the Head of Recruitment Marketing and Operations for Global Talent Acquisition at Vanguard, where she led the external launch of Vanguard’s new Employer Value Proposition, revamped the global careers site, redefined content strategy, and introduced interview scheduling automation. Currently, Sam leads a team of 25+ people responsible for talent brand, recruitment marketing, recruitment operations, and global TA technology operations.
Prior to Vanguard, she held roles at Comcast, Tata Consultancy Services, Yahoo, NetApp, and an ad agency, bringing deep expertise in strategic planning, operations, marketing, and program management across multiple industries.
