Robin Epstein Ludewig is the Senior Director of Talent Management at UCLA Health, where she has served in a leadership capacity for 25 years. Robin is globally recognized as a thought leader on Talent Management, and her strategic vision includes the areas of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Retention, and Leadership and Organizational Development. Her focus on mission, vision, and values and shepherding the careers of individuals with all abilities and from diverse backgrounds has gained Robin recognition from a variety of organizations, including Talent Acquisition Leader of Distinction from HR Today. Robin is a proud member of the UCLA People-Animal Connection team, a group of volunteers and their specialty-trained dogs who support patients and staff across UCLA Health. Robin proudly serves with Charlie, her second therapy dog.
